1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally permitted to participate. The Service is not available where prohibited by law.

2. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized use.

3. Accepted Use

You agree to complete offers yourself, in good faith, and only once per offer. You must not: use bots, emulators, or automation; use VPNs, proxies, or spoofed location to falsify geography; create multiple accounts; submit false information; or attempt to defraud advertisers or the Service.

4. Earning & Rewards

Rewards are credited only after the relevant advertiser confirms a valid conversion. We are not responsible for offers that fail to track due to user error or partner-side issues. Reward amounts and availability may change at any time.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the method and account you provide, subject to a minimum balance threshold and standard anti-fraud review. We may withhold, delay, or deny withdrawals where fraud, abuse, or a terms violation is suspected. Withdrawals are final once marked paid.

6. Fraud & Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account, and forfeit associated balances, if we detect fraud, abuse, or a breach of these Terms. We may also comply with advertiser or legal requests to block specific users or traffic.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the conduct of third-party offer providers. Our total liability is limited to the balance in your account.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
